What You Should Know
10-Year Warranty
Every frame comes with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner.
50% Deposit
Bike orders require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipping.
Delivery in about 6 weeks
Most builds arrive about 6 weeks after order confirmation, with shipping included on every online order. Gamma Race and Gamma X orders shipping to the United States currently take about 26 weeks. Your accepted order confirms the final estimate.

Shipping
For Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Japan and most of Western Europe, shipping is included in the price of every bike, frame and wheelset, and there is no separate shipping charge at checkout. For other countries, we quote shipping before you order. Plan on about 6 weeks from order confirmation to delivery for most builds. Some models take longer in some regions; the configurator shows the estimate for your country, and your accepted order confirms the estimate for your build. Import duties and local taxes are set by your country and may apply on delivery.
Returns
Every bike and frame is built to order, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns once an order is confirmed. Please talk to us about sizing and your build before you order.
If your frame has a manufacturing defect, it is covered by our 10-year frame warranty. If anything arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos. These terms do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection law that applies to you.
