What Happens in a Workshop Visit
Personal Consultation
Spend time with our team discussing your riding style, goals, and what you're looking for in your next bike. We'll help you choose the right model and specification.
See the Quality
Inspect finished frames up close. See our weld quality, examine Cerakote finishes, and understand why titanium is worth the investment.
Sizing Assessment
We can do a basic fit check using your measurements and bike fit data. If you're between sizes or have specific fit concerns, this is invaluable.
Test Ride (Subject to Availability)
We may have demo bikes or customer bikes awaiting collection available for a test ride. Let us know when booking and we'll confirm what's available.

Hours
Workshop visits are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST. We occasionally offer weekend appointments for interstate visitors—ask when booking.
Duration
Plan for about 30-60 minutes. More time can be arranged if you're discussing a complex build or need a detailed fitting session.

- Your current bike measurements (stack, reach) if known
- Any bike fit data you have
- Cycling kit if you'd like to do a test ride
- Questions—we love talking bikes
No Pressure
A workshop visit doesn't obligate you to anything. Come, learn about our bikes, and take time to make the right decision. We'd rather you get the perfect bike than rush into a purchase.
